This a 9 month synopsis of a Football player’s recovery from an ACL reconstruction. This was a sports specific recovery for his position and chosen sport. We also aimed to make this athletes better than before. We looked at asymmetries and weaknesses in the kinetic chain and made them into strong points. This allows a better overall recovery, faster integration back to sports, and a well round balanced athletes.
