Over the weekend, CORE Physical Therapy in Omaha teamed up with http://Omahabarbell.com for the symposium of powerlifting and nutritions with the GOAT Eddy Coan, and Championship powerlifting and bodybuilding champion, Stan Efferding. It was our honer. to attend and work an mechanics analysis on this hands on work shop. Analyzing form and mechanics from local powerlifters from every angle gives us a unique perspective overall. We truly loved and enjoyed the seminar again this year.
