The safety and wellness of our patients is at the heart of everything we do. The current Covid-19 environment is new, scary, ever-changing and unprecedented, and we want to make sure we do what we can to ease your mind during this stressful time.
We always have kept a clean medical facility, however we have double and tripled our cleaning efforts, using medical-grade disinfecting wipes/sprays. This includes all treatment tables, treatment equipment, strength equipment/weights and laundry. Rest assured we have planned ahead and have plenty of hand sanitizer, hand soap, and disinfecting wipes available to our employees and patients.
Since we never double book, your treatment time with your Physical Therapist will ONLY be 1-on-1, meaning no cross contamination between other patients.
We have added an additional treatment table to our clinic, to assist in leaving an appropriate distance buffer between you and other patients. As always, if you would feel more comfortable to receive care in a private treatment room, that can be accommodated easily and we are happy to do so.
Our therapists abide by the most stringent hygiene and sanitary practices, utilizing recommended hand washing protocols, hand sanitizer prior to and following physical touch of a patient/their belongings, and glove use as indicated.
As we are doing our part, we ask you to please do yours. If you do not feel well, please call and allow us to assist you in rescheduling your appointment. There is NEVER a cancellation fee here at CORE, and we want to empower our patients to feel as though they have the ability to make the best decision for themselves during these times. Please note that in these ever-changing times, if there is a question on the health of a patient, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment as well for the safety of others.
