This video comes from our Omaha Clinic with founder Dr. Mark Rathjen PT DPT CSCS. In this video, we outline the intermediate CORE DSS2. The warm up will build balance, strength and proprioception. Building in mobility will build efficiency and power. At first, these exercises should be slow and controlled.  As the athlete is able to control these exercises, speed can be added to the concentric portion of the stretch.
