Meet Madalyn! Madalyn is the definition of hard worker. After a complicated injury to her knee during her sophomore year track season, Madalyn was dedicated to her rehab and determined to find her way back to competitive sports. Under the guidance of Claire and Mark for strength and conditioning, Madalyn was introduced to the sport of rowing, and went on to compete at – AND WIN – her entire age group (yep, she beat the boys) at this years Creighton Row Challenge. Madalyn signed to compete on Creighton’s Women’s Rowing team this past week, and we can’t wait to see what amazing things she has in store over the next 4 years!
She will always be our first Div. 1 athlete at CORE, but she will definitely not be our last!
