Max Anabolic responce to protein intake.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28807333/
What does this mean?
Overall, the shirt wisdom of the community of athletic performance limited print protein intake after an anabolic window 1-2 hours max by about 50 g for the average size individual. This is the body weight pendant however. Research is stating that there is no maximum up taking over at digesting proteins maybe also beneficial for increased upper limit absorption of protein post workout.
“We conclude that it is not likely that there is a practical limit to the maximal anabolic response to a single meal, and the most efficient way in which to maximize the total anabolic response over a 24-h period is to increase dietary protein at breakfast and lunch without reducing protein intake with dinner.”
How does this apply to me?
Post workout 24 hour cycle protein intake does not have an upper limit is more important than anabolic window of one or two hours post to work out. The anabolic window was 30 to 60 to 90 minutes in previous research/ Overall we are seeing that total 24 hour response body to anabolic integration is the most important factor, perhaps without an limit to protein per day utilization. Conventional wisdom of metabolism would suggest athlete size and genetic metabolism would be a large factor as well,
