A big part of the CORE Dynamic Stretching series is all about lateral hip stretching. This side lunge or Shaolin side squat is essential for our athletes to master for strength, balance and agility. Often times we ignore lateral work, even though is is the primary component in sports and agility work. At CORE Physical Therapy and Sports Performance we specialize in athletes and active patients.
